We do our very best to make sure your stay here is safe, comfortable and happy. However, occasionally something may go wrong. If it does please let us know immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

We do not accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, any cash, money, jewellery or other items.

In the event of our negligence causing loss of, or damage to, your property our limit of liability will be $100 for any single article and subject to a total of $250 in the case of any one guest.

We do not accept liability for any consequential loss arising from loss of, or damage to, property of our guests.

We do not accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, motor cars or other vehicles of any kind, or any property lost from them unless that loss or damage has been caused by our negligence.
